“ I got overwhelmed in line due to my indecisiveness and they were alittle busy. I told Jackie I was excited to eat here because it was my first time and I’m pregnant because I got stressed there was a line behind me I noticed I didn’t get as juicy of a salad as I wanted. she was super understanding when I went back once the line was dead & she let me pick out allllllll the veggies I wanted & was kindly asking me if I wanted more. I don’t get much good service when I go out these days even when I’m NOT indecisive so her interaction was really refreshing. You never know what someone’s going through and the last thing you want when pregnant and working full time is being mistreated for dining out ”

The bowl crafting experience is so fun and the option for inclusion are so wildly varied you could go there everyday for a year and never eat the same salad twice. The staff are always so very helpful and interactive, they even allow you to taste test the options before throwing them in the salad to make sure you're not messing it all up. Push comes to shove, if you like making your own salad with endless options this is a great choice for a healthier option to get back into summer shape. ”
“ First timer... I placed a group order from this location for my office and arrived a couple of minutes early. The pick up station rep said it wasn't ready and because we had a large order for 7 people I did understand. At first she seemed a little indifferent but after several minutes of waiting she offered us drinks and said it was nearly done. All in all we waited at least 20 minutes, which I wasn't pleased about- but... They were extremely busy and in the pick-up area it was only her and one other team member. I watched them work and I was really impressed with how streamlined they try to make their process. When we finally returned to the office and sat down to eat, a rather detailed order was 100% correct and the food was absolutely fresh and delicious. While I wasn't pleased about the wait, given how busy they were, and for it be completely accurate deserves kudos. A reasonable person should understand, right? She did also apologize for the wait as we left so I was appreciative of that as well. My only recommendation would be to add some help to that station, if possible. Nevertheless, this was still an over all 5-star experience and credit is due where it was deserved. Thank you for making our lunch great today! ”
